Sten has led and been responsible for the Swedish employment law practice, while also working on private company transactions. His expertise in employment law has encompassed a wide range of matters, including recruitment, drafting of employment contracts, termination of employment through individual dismissals, as well as collective redundancies and employment-related disputes.
